Friends

This is my beautiful niece in her prom dress. She sent me photographs of her girlfriends and I painted their very own prom plates. As they all were finishing High school to go on to college, they each wrote a little message on the underside of each others' plate next to their coloured fingerprint.
For each of them, this was an important event in their lives and probably the last time they would all be together. (I hope not).
